For our client, a large Energy Group who has decided to diversify into the field of Real Estate, we are looking for a Senior Real Estate Officer for a position based in London
Our client is in the early stages of implementing its real estate investments strategy in the field of commercial real estate and establishing its partnership structures and real estate companies in the relevant investment countries (UK, France, Switzerland, Canada, US).Job FunctionsAdvise, defend and protect the Group in the implementation of its real estate strategyIdentify, contact, select and set-up relations with partners in the various countriesAnalyse and evaluate potential investment opportunitiesSupport and assist the Group at all steps of acquisitionsBuild a network of real estate specialists (law firms, public notaries, audit firms, banks and financial institutions, appraisers)Evaluate counterparts’ risksSet up and maintain reporting dashboardsControl real estate operations and partnershipsProvide reliable market and data reportsKeep abreast of market trendsAssure independence and uncompromising professional ethical standardsKey working RelationsMembers of top management of the Group, Executive Chairman, CEO, CFO, General Counsel, Tax Manager and support staffCo-partners in the investment countriesSelected real estate service companiesSelected real estate advisers (lawyers, public notaries, audit firms, banks and financial institutions)Know-how, skills and experience requiredExcellent knowledge and proven experience in real estate in international contextTotally at ease with complex real estate investment issues from financial, risk, tax and legal points of viewMerger and Acquisition experience, from due diligence to final agreementsGlobal project management expertiseAbility to skilfully negotiate, communicate at all levels in a tactful, diplomatic and self-assured mannerMaster degree in finance, economics, legal, real estate or any equivalent degreeCompletely fluent in English and FrenchProblem-solving attitude with a "hands-on" pragmatic approachReporting LineGroup CEO
